• This promotion is open to all FIREWIN members registered with SGD/MYR and will take effect from November 2023. (For example, if a member accumulates a total deposit of SGD/MYR 30,000 in August, they will be granted VIP.2 membership status starting from September, which will remain valid for life.)
• This promotion applies only to promotions that occur after the start of the promotion. Members who have previously been promoted will no longer receive rewards.
• Bonuses will be calculated and distributed based on the currency chosen at the time of member registration.
• Bets placed on special live casinos and certain sports bets will not count towards the rollover requirement. For more details, please refer to the promotion page.
• FIREWIN may require all necessary details from members for level upgrades, birthday privileges, and bonus redemptions.
• Festival gifts and birthday gifts include: air tickets, hotel vouchers, fine wine, seasonal gifts, electronic products, gold bars, concert tickets, movie tickets, and more.
• Member levels will be updated within the first week of each month based on promotion requirements, including minimum deposit amounts and minimum valid bet amounts. All accounts will be promoted simultaneously, and you will enjoy higher privileges and rebate rates. Starting from Lv.1, each promotion will receive a tier upgrade bonus reward, up to a maximum of 4,820$
• Promotional cash rewards must be claimed through customer service. Withdrawal of the bonus reward requires completing a 1x rollover requirement, and it is only available for claiming within the same week; unclaimed rewards after the deadline will be considered forfeited voluntarily.
• The bonus is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in the specific terms and conditions of the promotion. Participating members may risk losing the bonus and the opportunity to receive the bonus if they do not meet the bonus wagering requirements within the specified time frame.
• This promotion is only applicable to players with one account; the same phone number, banking information, login device ID, and IP address can only enjoy the promotion once.
• Any form of abnormal betting behavior, such as match-fixing, will result in the disqualification from the promotion when discovered.
• All promotional activities or special offers are subject to these terms and conditions. FIREWIN reserves the right to unilaterally modify, cancel, suspend, or invalidate the promotion without prior notice.
• In cases where FIREWIN suspects users of abusing or attempting to abuse the promotion, we may decide to block, refuse, suspend, withhold, or revoke the promotion eligibility of any user at our discretion.
• FIREWIN reserves the right to cancel any or all bets in cases of individual or group conspiracy or attempted fraudulent activities. Funds in the account will be confiscated immediately.
