General Promotion & Bonus Terms

1. General Rules

ㆍThese General Promotion and Bonus Terms are inseparably linked to the FIREWIN Terms & Conditions and form part of them. Acceptance of these terms is a prerequisite for account registration and participation in any promotion.

ㆍAll offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, email address, telephone number, or shared device (e.g., workplace, school, or library).

ㆍUnless otherwise specified, all promotions and bonuses are redeemable once per member. A member may hold only one active bonus at any given time.

ㆍAny bonus and related winnings will be removed if a withdrawal request is made before fulfilling the required rollover or eligibility conditions.

ㆍCashed-out or voided bets will not count toward rollover or eligibility requirements.

ㆍTo check rollover progress or cancel an active bonus, members must contact Customer Service via Live Chat or WhatsApp. Canceling an active bonus will result in the removal of the bonus and any associated winnings.

ㆍAll bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players only. FIREWIN reserves the right to determine player eligibility and may restrict or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

ㆍFIREWIN reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect members already participating, except in cases beyond FIREWIN’s control (e.g., legal or regulatory reasons).

ㆍAll management decisions are final and binding.

2. Fair Play Policy

ㆍUnfair betting practices — including syndicate betting, opposite betting, arbitrage betting, and bonus abuse — are strictly prohibited.

ㆍMembers found engaging in fraudulent, manipulative, or abusive activities will have their bonuses, winnings, and possibly their accounts forfeited or terminated.

ㆍPlayers excluded from the bonus program are not eligible for any future promotions or rewards.

3. Deposit Bonus Rules

ㆍDeposit bonuses cannot be applied retroactively to previous or partially used deposits.

ㆍMembers can only have one active bonus at any given time.

ㆍBonuses cannot be combined with other unrelated promotions.

ㆍAny active bonus will exclude real-money bets from contributing to rebate calculations.

ㆍBonuses are valid for 30 days from activation unless otherwise stated. Uncompleted bonuses will be automatically canceled after this period.

ㆍCanceling a deposit bonus will result in the forfeiture of the total balance, including bonus credits and related winnings.

4. Non-deposit Bonus Rules

ㆍOnly bonus credits contribute toward non-deposit bonus turnover requirements unless otherwise stated.

ㆍNon-deposit bonus funds are available for use only after all withdrawable credits have been utilized.

ㆍIf a wager exceeds the available real-money balance, both real and bonus credits will be used proportionally.

ㆍWinnings from combined real and bonus bets are distributed proportionally based on their contribution amounts.

ㆍRequesting a withdrawal or canceling a non-deposit bonus will forfeit all bonus credits and associated winnings.

ㆍCanceling a bonus before a pending bet is settled will result in forfeiture of any winnings from that bet once settled.

5. Integrity & Enforcement

ㆍFIREWIN reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against members suspected of bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent behavior.

ㆍSuch actions may include forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension, or permanent exclusion from all FIREWIN promotions.

ㆍAll disputes or interpretations of these terms are subject to FIREWIN’s final decision.

6. Bonus Wagering Requirements

ㆍWagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the first deposit, or the bonus will expire and any related funds will be forfeited.

ㆍMembers are not allowed to bet on restricted games. Any winnings from restricted games will be removed, and turnover will be reset to zero.

ㆍIf FIREWIN believes a member (alone or with others) has placed wagers that guarantee a profit from the bonus, the bonus may be reclaimed and resulting winnings voided.
